Victorian Match Holder Double Sided

Double Holder Victorian Match Holder.

This is another Victorian Match Holder from my collection. This one is a double, meaning one side would have held the unused matches to light the fire or the coal oil lamp, the other side would have held the used matches.

Hi,... may I send you a pic of a match holder, which I believe is bronze and has "Pat.Jan 21 1862" on it. It stands 4 1/2" high; the holder pivots from underneath an acorn type top. Stephen Merrill, merrill1936@yahool.com
